COMPANY ETHICS & CHARITY POLICY
We try to uphold certain moral values while running Betsuro.
That’s why:
• All products we sell are either made in "first world" countries (like the USA, UK, Japan...) and/or have special social- or environmental friendly characteristics.
• Our banking is done by Triodos Bank, which only invests in sustainable projects and companies.
• We use virtual cloud servers for our website, which use between 70-90% less energy as comparable physical servers.
• The printer and all paper we use have a Blue Angel label, which is one of the most thorough and extensive certifications for eco-friendly products and services.
• The cardboard packing material we use is made from at least 75% recycled cardboard, and is 100% recyclable. When necessary, we also use 100% biodegradable filler material.
• Empty printer cartridges are sent to Foundation AAP, which is a rescue centre and sanctuary for (often traumatised) primates and other exotic mammals. They recycle the cartridges and use the earnings for their daily expenses.
• For every product sold, a donation will be made to the charity of your choice. We calculate each amount to be donated per €50 spent.

You spend €50-€100 | We donate €2
You spend €100-€150 | We donate €3
You spend €150-€200 | We donate €4
