ORDERING
When you want to make a purchase at Betsuro, please make sure ALL steps of the payment process are completed!
If you use either PayPal, Credit Card, iDeal or DirectEbanking (scroll down to the "Payment Methods" section to learn more), your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
When you have chosen "Wire (Bank) Transfer", we will wait for the payment has arrived before we ship out, but the item you have ordered is reserved for you. However; if we did not receive any payment within 7 days, we will cancel your order, unless special arrangements have been made.
Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union do not have to pay 19% VAT. This amount will automatically be deducted when you select your shipping country at the checkout. 

 

RETURNS
When you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days from receipt. Please make sure you contact us BEFORE these 14 days, so we know that you want to return (part of) your order.
All returned items have to be sent back via registered mail, must be unused (size fitting is allowed for clothing items of course) and packed in their original packaging.
We can not take back items that are used or not returned in their original state. If a returned order does not comply with these conditions, we can not refund or exchange the item. Also, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. 
We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing (unless a mistake has been made by us of course, in that case you will get a full refund).
Refunds will be sent within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Because of hygenic reasons we do not accept returns on underwear items.

 

REWARD POINTS SYSTEM
We have an extensive reward points system at Betsuro. Registered customers will get reward points for each purchase.

For each €1 spent you'll get a reward point that equals €0,10 discount. When you save up more points, you can also use them as percentage-discounts, up to 100%! ...Yes, a product of your choice for free!

SHIPPING
We offer a variety of shipping options. We use PostNL (TNT Post) and UPS.

PostNL Basic | No tracking or insurance is offered. This service is 100% at your own risk, and NO claims can be made for lost / damaged packages. Delivery times vary between 4 days (most EU countries) and up to 2 weeks for overseas shipments.

PostNL Track & Trace | Has a tracking number and priority service, but no insurrance. However, since a tracking number is available this service is more reliable than "PostNL Basic". Delivery times vary between 2-4 days for most EU countries and between 7-10 days for non-EU shipments.

PostNL Insured |
Has a tracking number, priority service, and insurrance. Delivery times vary between 2-4 days for most EU countries and between 7-10 days for non-EU shipments.

UPS Standard | Has an extensive online tracking service and your package is insured. UPS also has a very reliable and quick delivery schedule. Delivery times vary between 2-3 days for most EU countries and between 4-7 days for non-EU shipments.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card | Payments are processed via PayPal. You do not need to create a PayPal account for this!
PayPal offers a very secure payment environment, making sure your Credit Card details are processed safely.

PayPal | The safe and easy way to pay. At the checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal site. Just select one of PayPal's payment methods, and that's it!


iDeal | Especially for our Dutch customers. Transfer money directly from your bank account. Quick and safe.
Payment is securely processed via Icepay.

DirectEbanking (Sofortbanking) | Available for customers from Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and the UK. Transfer money directly from your bank account. Quick and safe. Payment is securely processed via Icepay.


Wire (Bank) Transfer | Upon special request, we also accept international wire (bank) transfers done manually by our customers. But please note: The total amount needs to be on our account within 7 days! Also, some banks charge an extra fee when making a (international) wire transfer. Please make sure these costs are not being charged to us! In case of a possible refund, we are also not responsible for any additional costs that may occur in case of a refund. However, if a mistake is made from our side (wrong item, damaged goods etc.) then we will handle all possible extra fees, of course.

 

ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE E.U.
When you are shipping your order to a country located outside of the European Union, 19% VAT is automatically deducted from your order at the checkout.


CARE
Important: Please be very careful when handling and cleaning items. We are not responsible for damaged items due to improper care!
Always make sure you read the labels with care instructions before you wash or store clothing. Some items may have special dyes that could lead to some fading or color bleeding.
